This is a sample from my textbook intended for bilingual or English-speaking children. It helps them learn and get used to Cyrillic script and gain some basic vocabulary, but most of all it hopefully interests them in the continued study of the Russian language. It is the first (but not the only!) step in learning Russian. It should be supplemented by oral interaction and all other language development stimulation available.
