I created this Reading Log for my First Grade students. It can be used for any K-5 teacher. This log is an editable word document. There are three versions. This reading log was placed inside a gallon sized Ziploc bag. I used Avery Labels for these Ziploc bags. Inside the bag were 4 books (1 book for each night).
