ITALIAN: Buon Compleanno Calendario
DESCRIPTION: This is a calendar set of monthly displays for the teacher to post student birthdays in his/her Italian classroom. The displays may be printed or laminated. All words in this file are in Italian. Each month has a different seasonal or Italian cultural theme, a picture from an Italian city or monument, the word "AUGURI" and a blank frame for the teacher to post student birthday names.

Form a sentence in 30 seconds!
This is a very fun activity for beginners: every slide has a few words that can be freely combined to form a sentence. It must be grammatically correct and, if possible, creative!
Unità #1 - Profilo dello studente (Italian Student Profile Form)
Student profiles for the start of Italian class. I use this activity in my grade 9 Italian classe (LWIBD1) but I’ve also used this form during summer and Saturday Italian school. It’s a great way to activate prior knowledge of vocabulary related to questions about the student, which is the theme of my first grade 9 unit.
