Overview:
This is a 5-week social skills small group for boys. The group focuses on building friendships and confidence, while using hands-on interactive building activities. My students are required to write a 4-H speech. This was my first time teaching a group how to write a speech. I created this flipchart to explain components of a speech along with a rubric.

I designed this graphic organizer to help my students collect information about an animal to be displayed in an Infographic. This is part of the Ready gen 4th grade Unit 1 module B task, however it can be used as a scaffold for any nonfiction animal report. I connected it to our current unit in science, Ecosystems.
