What Looks Right? -ite and -ight spelling patterns
The "What Looks Right" activity helps students become more familiar with rhyming spelling patterns, such as -ite/-ight, -oad/-ode, -aim/-ame, etc. Students use their visual checking systems to decide which word looks like it is spelled correctly. Words can be moved into categories. Spelling is checked by pressing the check mark icon in the bottom right corner before moving onto the next word.

Pre-Inter Unit 2A Vocabulary Race to 21
"Dartboard" style score board. 2 teams. Each team can throw a ball (or something adhesive) at the scoreboard to choose a score card with the number of points they wish to score for their round. They must answer all questions correctly on the score card in order to win their points. If they cannot answer all the questions correctly (either incorrect or taking too long), the score card is turned over to the other team. Questions based on Pre-Intermediate Unit 2A vocabulary.
