We use these charts while learning vocabulary about foods and hobbies. I give the vocabulary word and students write the word and translation in the appropriate column for them. For example, if they love apples they put "les pommes" under the "J'adore" column. For students with writing challenges, you could provide a typed list of vocab, and have them cut and paste in the columns. This shows you which vocabulary is most relevant to your students.
