I would like to share my teaching package for Question sentences including だれ、いつ、どこ、どう、なに、なんじ、なんにん、なんさい、いくら、どのくらい、なぜ、どちら。I have used this materials for my students from prep to year 6, It WORKS.
I believe those words above are foundation for Japanese conversations and it is important for students to have confidence on those words.
This video would be useful for scaffolding. Students can learn those 12 words without English translation. That is a natural way to acquire second language.

Pizza Campaign Video - 2016
This is a 30 second political campaign video created for Pizza. This was used in a Kindergarten Voting Lesson where the students were voting between two candidates: Ice Cream or Pizza. The purpose of the video is to show the students the various attributes and good qualities of Pizza. The video tries to persuade the students to vote for Pizza. This video can be used on it’s own or in contrast to the Pizza Campaign Video.

- Da-re desu ka? (= Who is it?)
- Nan desu ka? (= What is it?)
- Itsu desu ka? (= When is it?)
- Doko desu ka? (= Where is it?)

(2) Each student finds a partner.
(3) Student A asks, "Da-re desu ka?"
(4) Student B answers, "Mr Bean desu." (The student can say someone famous followed by "desu")
