This is a lab that I created because my students enjoyed slime and had expressed interest in making it at school. I used this as a way to launch into the scientific process and matter. We discussed the phases of matter as ingredients were measured and mixed together. This lab guides students through the whole process of a science lab. This fun game will expose children to the concept of telling time and fractions and allow students to start to understand how minutes can be added together to make an hour or parts of an hour and how to make equivalent fractions.
