A one class activity to assess rainbow order with students. Can tie in the story, How The Crayons Saved The Rainbow by Monica Sweeney (many options in digital format/read alouds). After listening to the story students can review the correct rainbow order and then complete the activity with coloring utensils of the teachers choice, or watercolors. Students can cut out the sun and cloud to then attach to their rainbow work. Great for around St. Patrick's Day also!
