Man in the Arena - Speech Analysis
Perhaps Theodore Roosevelt's best known speech, "Citizenship In A Republic" (better known as "Man in the Arena") was delivered at the Sorbonne, in Paris, France on 23 April, 1910. This worksheet includes a copy of his speech but is interlaced with comprehension questions that help enable the student to deepen their understanding of the material.
