Degrees and Radians: It's Easy as Pi(e)!

This is a lesson I designed as part of a demo lesson that I did recently. I didn't end up getting the position, but it turned into a fun activity that I've done since and thought I'd share. In this lesson, students are introduced to the idea of degrees and radians. They start with a problem that examines sector area and arc length, investigate the connections between degrees and radians via Geogebra sketches, and then try to tie this back to a similar problem that uses radians instead of degrees.
