TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Over a decade of teaching both mathematics and engineering in secondary school and higher education (college).

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to make mathematics hands-on and fun whenever possible. In my store, you will find a large selection of content specific mathematics graphic organizers on topics from fractions to integral calculus, all of which I've tested in my own classes...these are great for differentiating within a mainstream mathematics class and as a resource for students in pull-out math classes too. There are also resources in the store for hands-on STEM projects and for foldables/interactive notebooks.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Distinguished teaching award two years in a row.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a bachelor's in mathematics and a master's in environmental science and engineering.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm international so I can also help with material needed, for example, within the UK.
