Decimal Place Value and Money - Music Video - Math Song
"Change For A Dollar" is a four minute, karaoke style music video, that students can sing along with to help learn about decimal place value. It focuses on the tenths and hundredths places, and how they represent dimes and pennies. This would make a good introduction to decimal place value, or another way to reinforce and review the concept.
I use it with my sixth graders as a review or "Math Starter." The 4th and 5th grade classes at my school also use this song.

Fractions and Decimal Equivalents Rap and Lesson Plans
Fractions Fractions Show Me Some Action! is the real title of this rap and lesson plans. An mp3 of the rap is also available. There are 2 accompanying lesson plans, one for the classroom teacher and one for the music teacher. Students I have taught this rap to have told me that they now understand fractions and decimals. They never did before, but with the rap, they did! This rap addresses 1/5, 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2 fractions and their decimal equivalents. Kids LOVE it!!!
