Motivate the most unmotivated students. Use a song a day for reading and reflecting as a starter or "Do Now" for any Language Arts, Civics, ESL, or music class. Worksheets are easy to understand. All students have to do is try. There really isn't any wrong answer except for not trying. The only disability in life is a poor attitude. You can't say you don't know something if haven't even tried.
