Gingerbread Town Project
Students will use prior knowledge of Gingerbread stories and economics to create a business in Gingerbread Town. Following the project outline will put students' vocabulary about goods and services to the test while they create a business that requires products, customer bios, tasks, and supplies for the business. At the completion, have students interview each other about their businesses.
