This research paper should take a couple of days and could possible be stretched out for a week in the classroom (for best quality). Students are given three topics to choose from and are to research at least five different articles. They should use APA style throughout and list the pros and cons of each side of the topic that they chose. This project includes instructions for creating a poster project on a specific source (corn, soybeans, cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs.) The project would include a title, the definition of by-product, a drawn out visual of the source chosen, drawn out by-products and their labels.
