This performance task covers 5 Standards. Students have to measure lengths of straws, create a line plot, create a bar or picto graph, create questions that can be answered with their bar or picto graph, identify fractions, equivalent fractions, and justify answers using what they know about geometry. The task is 3 pages long. There is a rubric, answer document, and a peer assessment rubric that students can use to peer assess a classmate's work before they turn the project in.
