Plants - Label the Flower, Lima Bean Observation
Here are two printables that I made using my free-hand drawings and Microsoft Word. The first is a sheet where your students can color and label the parts of a plant. The second is a lima bean observation sheet. In my class, we put lima beans and a damp paper towel in plastic bags. We then take them out to observe them every few days. My Plant Journal
This is a 5 page journal designed to allow students to observe and record the progress of a plant they are growing. I created this journal for my students who are growing sunflowers, but it can be adapted for other plants as well. Each page allows the student to record the date and draw a picture of what the plant looks like that day.
