I use the board game project as a final exam substitute but it is infinitely adaptable to content and scope. It asks students to create a question and answer trivia game whose categories are from the content of the course. Included are the full project with a detailed rubric that can be used as is or modified to suit. I am happy to email a .pdf if you don't have Word (TPT only lets me upload one file).
