In this lab, students test the effectiveness of a liquid coating surrounding an object to understand the role of cerebrospinal fluid and its ability to protect the brain and spinal cord from trauma.

Football Themed Memory & Movement Game
This resource does require a computer or laptop but works on visual perceptual skills and memory just as any simple card memory game would. Students are asked to scan a grid and remember the location of as many pairs of football-themed items as they can, they give coordinates to the correct spots once the slide has switched. If they don't get it correct, there is no touchdown and they must do drill practice exercises! Super fun to play around Super Bowl season!
