This is a project that will allow students to explore French cultures around the world. The project is divided up to allow for different level learners to take on appropriate tasks: Poster, Poem, Find 5 facts from given text, then open research. The lesson allows for you to do an example of each step as a whole class, then they can divide into groups and you can use the spin wheel to decide who gets what region. The Declaration of Independence, what the colonists were saying
This unit is for the Declaration of Independence. The goal of this unit is to identify complaints described in the Declaration of Independence, such as stationing soldiers in people’s homes, taxes, and cutting off trade with other countries. This allows the students to think about the complaints in chunks and gives the teacher feedback through the student assignment from each piece. This can be used for middle or high school. The final project can be modified.

Tasty Meat Treats Alphabet Letter Sound Activity For older Students Yr4 +
I've had a lot of fun with students (~9-11 yrs old) teaching letter sounds and discussing different cultures that eat different kinds of animals. From my experience the activity has great potential to discuss the different things students eat at home.
