This 4th grade unit was created based on NGSS standards for internal and external plant structures. I have tried to make this unit very engaging and student centered because I teach science the last 45 minutes of the day (you know what I mean!). For this unit you will need to buy about six plants for students to study. It also includes two projects (one is a research project and includes a presentation).
