Samba Drums
This Samba Drums track is amazing to get your class awake in the morning - do a 4 minute warm up, movement shake down or tidy up sprint. Suggested warm up: in a circle, tell students to stretch as tall as they can and wiggle their fingers up above their heads. Then bending down slowly all the way to the floor, going into a squat position tap the floor as fast as they can!
