TEACHING EXPERIENCE

YoYo Yoga School founder, Lisa Roberts, has over fifteen years experience in the pediatric wellness field. She founded a successful inpatient yoga therapy program at a major children's hospital and has worked with children of all abilities and ages. Roberts is the author of five children's yoga and mindfulness books, and developed a range of valuable resources that allow pediatric professionals, educators, and parents to access yoga-based movement and mindfulness skills to help children of all ages and abilities build beneficial life/coping skills, improve mental and physical health, and support kinesthetic learning.
