TEACHING EXPERIENCE

For the last 26 years, I have taught in K-12 public education as an Autism teacher, Interrelated Teacher in a High School English Class and a teacher for students with Mild, Moderate, Sever & Profound Intellectual Disabilities. For 2 years, I was an assistant principal at a Charter School. In addition to teaching at the K-12 level, I am an undergraduate / graduate professor. I teach/have taught in the fields of Early Childhood Education, Psychology, and Forensic Psychology. What do I love to teach the most? It depends... each year brings new challenges and joys. Besides being a professor, I currently teach students with a variety of different abilities - from Learning and Behavior to Autism. I love my kids - AND my adult learners :-)
