ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I always dreamed of going to college. But as a first-generation college student, I had no idea how to actually apply. How do I come up with a school list? What do I say during an interview? What should I write about in the all-important personal essay? After spending countless hours reading books, watching YouTube videos, and talking to anyone and everyone about the process, I finally applied to college. The result? Acceptances to every school I applied to. Several years later, I chose to attend Yale, and people started asking me for college admission advice. Although I had no magic answer, I did have a self-developed process for getting into top schools. Could that help others, too? I started advising students late in 2014, eager to see if I could replicate my own success. And now, dozens of students later, I'm confident I can successfully guide any student through the college application process. With my help, many of my students have gotten into their dream schools with as little stress as possible (no, I can't take all the stress out of the process, but I'll do the best I can!) I would love to guide you (or your child) on that same journey.
