World History and US Government Resources

I am a teacher at BASIS Independent Brooklyn, a private school with globally competitive students. My curriculum covers world history beginning with the Paleolithic Age and continuing to approximately 1750 CE. I specialize in Classical/Ancient history and, in addition to my advanced 6th grade World History class, I teach a 5th grade Classics class which focuses heavily on mythology and culture. I also teach a 9th grade AP U.S. Government & Politics course.

I teach using the Socratic method, although most of my prezis are information based. They work well with a discussion based class, however, as the information they present naturally breeds curiosity and questions.
