TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught high school and undergraduate level math classes (Basic Math, PreAlgebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, PreCalculus, Calculus, Business Calculus, and Statistics) in both public and private settings since 1993.

MY TEACHING STYLE

As a former teacher in a classical school where great emphasis is placed on class participation and discussion, my goal is to bring something engaging and exciting to each lesson. Several of my products on TPT are more than simple worksheets or notes but rather highlight a story from history, a reference to the arts, insight into an aspect of higher mathematics, or a modern application.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

In 2022 I was awarded a Master Teacher Certification from the Association of Classical Christian Schools.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Saint Louis University.
