TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching primary for over 25 years in both inner city and small rural schools. I specialize in early reading intervention, phonological awareness strategies, visual art and art history, interactive learning, educational technology, and creating teacher graphics.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have taught many split grade classrooms, and I have found the most success when implementing integrated subject areas, differentiated lessons, and hands-on learning strategies (such as STEM).
