TEACHING EXPERIENCE

The best experience I have is many years of studying biology both in nature and the laboratory! I am passionate about motivating students to be engaged in the world of science. I have 15 years experience teaching biology primarily in middle school, high school and community college. I love developing high-quality resources for students and teachers in the area of Biology and Anatomy & Physiology. I have grown as a teacher by sharing resources!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My primary goal as a teacher is to encourage students to become life-long learners. I do this by providing critical thinking exercises on fascinating topics in the biological sciences. I love including up-to-date information to make class time exciting and relevant. I always appreciate feedback on how to make science curricula better. I welcome any comments and suggestions! Happy Teaching!
