I have gained experience as a teacher for a period of two years in a private school. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to teach a variety of subjects to second-grade students, including mathematics and science. In my second year, I received a promotion and took on additional responsibilities as a lead teacher. As a teacher, my main focus has been on creating a positive learning environment and delivering effective instruction to my students. I have developed lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs of second-grade students. By utilizing various teaching methods, I aim to engage students and promote their understanding of the subjects. In my role as a lead teacher, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance to fellow educators. Together, we have worked on refining teaching strategies and improving our instructional techniques. Additionally, I have maintained communication with parents to ensure their involvement in their child's education and address any concerns that may arise. Overall, my teaching experience in a private school has allowed me to develop as an educator and contribute to the academic growth of my students.

In my teaching approach, I strive to create a light and enjoyable atmosphere for my students. I believe that when students feel comfortable and at ease, they are more motivated to learn. By incorporating humour and maintaining a positive rapport with my students, I foster an engaging learning environment. Repetition is a key element in my teaching methodology. I understand that repeated exposure to concepts is crucial for students to grasp and retain knowledge. Through various strategies such as revisiting key ideas, incorporating review activities, and providing regular practice exercises, I ensure that my students have ample opportunities to reinforce their understanding.
