Hello, fellow educators! I am going into my 4th year of teaching, and my first year in 2nd grade. I have taught 5th grade for the last 3 years. I have had many great professional development opportunities, including Model Schools in Orlando, Florida, STEAMposium in Stonewall, WV, classes led by LETRS author, Carol Tolman, and many more.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style includes a mixture of teacher-led and student-led instruction. I believe students learn best when they have to be creative. Once new content is delivered, I give students time to talk and explore the topic! Behavior and classroom management techniques are utilized to avoid chaos.
