TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught since 2001 the following science courses, grades 9-12: Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, AP Biology, Chemistry, honors Chemistry, Forensic Science, Physics, and Honors Physics. In addition, I also teach at the college level the following: Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Providing students with an active approach to learning as well as hands-on learning allows the students to retain a greater amount of knowledge. To assess where they are in the learning process, I use a wide variety of formative assessments to monitor student progress.
