By Thrifty in Third Grade by Cassie Smith My inspiration for my store came from when I was moved to third grade and had little to no resources to teach the new curriculum. Now I strive to develop resources that are effective for teachers, and fun for the students! I work to bring together creativity & curriculum!

I am a published author and have been creating teaching curriculum since 2013. In 2018 I began sharing professional development courses.
I graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.
Since becoming a teacher author, I have worked with thousands of teachers and supported them as they implement the curriculum in their classroom. I also have professional development courses to help teachers.
