TEACHING EXPERIENCE

2011-2014 : Iduma Elementary International Baccalaureate School | 5th Grade 2014-present : Headwaters School | Middle School Math, Robotics, Advisory, and Math Dept Head.

MY TEACHING STYLE

In math, it's a very discussion/inquiry based learning model where students struggle together through new topics before we go over them as a class (instead of doing it the opposite way). In robotics, it's a project-based curriculum where students have tasks that their robot needs to complete and are given a rubric and a deadline and then spend all of class working towards that goal.
