I have spent the past decade as a stay-at-home mother of two. I am dedicated to rounding out their educations in the public school system. I compile resources though TPT and of my own design that address skills needing additional practice. My products are meant to be quick and engaging activities for families afterschool or as morning work in a classroom.
Here at Themes at Home, we love a theme. My children are more engaged when we focus our skill development around a particular topic of interest. These could include holidays, animals, or a period of history. My products would work as a fun supplement for a unit study.
In 2014, I joined the Alpha Chi Honor Society near the end of my bachelor's degree program. In 2021, my university awarded me with a Distinguished Scholar Award for my work in my master's degree program.
In 2014, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2020, I went on to obtain a Master of Sciences degree in Psychology with a focus in Child and Adolescent Development.
Hello, my name is Samantha. I have several passions including organizing, themes, and child development. I decided to start Themes at Home to share the fun skill building activities we were already doing in our home.
