TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Since 2010, I have been an upper elementary/middle school teacher and taught all subjects. I specialized in Music education and being an ADHD individual who struggled keeping up with the education system in my early years, I am passionate about creating neurodivergent friendly approaches (multi-sensory, trauma informed approaches, structured literacy, Montessori/Waldorf/Reggio, forest school and BTC approaches)

MY TEACHING STYLE

Engaging lessons, activities and assignments are key. I try to create lessons that will help students stay engaged while also fostering creativity, critical thinking, and social emotional skills. My approach motivates students to develop their own personal interests and talents while also learning grade level content.
