TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. My dissertation involved correlating Orton-Gillingham methods into an existing reading program. I am also finishing up my Associate Level Certification in Orton Gillingham. I have been tutoring using the Orton-Gillingham and Wilson Methods for over 20 years. Teacher (grades K5, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5,th, 6th, 7th, 8th); Learning Resource Director (K5-6th grade); Learning Resource Teacher: reading (K5, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th); Private tutor (using orton gillingham techniques to teach reading) Assistant Diagnostician (administered psychoeducational assessments: 5 yrs.-adult)
