My top priority is accessibility; everyone has the knowledge and skills to understand linguistics in a meaningful way that can impact their relationships, careers, and education. Linguistics is highly interdisciplinary, so studying it even for one or two semesters can have a strong positive impact on future endeavors in everything from social work to international business to teaching preschool.
