I never sat down. Most classes began with a demonstration, and I involved student volunteers in my demos. I used PowerPoint and YouTube videos in my lectures. I took students outside to fire a water balloon canon as an aid to teaching Newton's Laws. I created all my own labs and made them into interactive Excel Spreadsheets. I often pointed out ordinary phenomena, such as frost forming on a car overnight, to explain concepts in heat transfer and climate change. I included sections on Cosmology, Relativity, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Patent on a LASER device to assist in installing x-ray systems. Patent on a device to align bi-lateral x-ray systems. I was featured in the Norwich, NY Evening Sun and in the Boston Globe for my work with students in building battery-operated hovercraft that my students rode in the gym.
