TEACHING EXPERIENCE

29 years of teaching experience from 8th grade to 10th grade. I have taught computer classes featuring Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Introduction to Python, and Microsoft Office. I have also taught Special Education English with a focus on reading instruction.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to create lessons that are fun and that are also real world tasks. I provide activities with a lot of screenshots and "click here" guidance so students can easily follow the lessons and experience success from Lesson 1. Students like to have a finished product quickly. They want to create. In my activities, they are guided through the process step by step so that there is a completed project when they are done.
