Introducing TeamVGTeaching, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo dedicated to inspiring minds, fostering a love for learning, and cultivating a passion for the great outdoors. With a combined 30 years of experience in coaching swimming and a shared affinity for the natural world, our journey in education seamlessly integrates adventure and academia. Meet PVG, a seasoned educator with an engineering background from the University of Alberta and an education degree from the University of Calgary. With four years of experience teaching high school math, physics, and outdoor education, his enthusiasm for imparting knowledge is matched only by his love for coaching basketball. Complementing the team is LVG, bringing a wealth of expertise with an Adapted Physical Education degree, a Paramedicine Diploma, and ongoing studies toward an Education Degree at the University of Calgary. Her diverse background ensures a holistic approach to education, fostering inclusivity and tailored learning experiences. United by a shared passion for the outdoors, PVG and LVG first crossed paths as lifeguards, sparking a connection that evolved into a lifelong commitment to education and adventure.
