TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hey there and welcome to my store! I am a 9th year teacher and have taught 1, 4th, 5th and 6th grade. I am currently teaching 5th grade for the third year and I love it so much! I am originally from NY and now live in TN :) I am also certified to teach in NY B-grade 2 and grade 1- grade 6 as well as in TN for grades K-5 which allows me to teach one year above and one year below my certification. ALSO, I am working on my PhD in Educational Leadership!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I truly believe kids have to "be in it to win it." If they don't have a buy in, if they are not actively participating and engaging in our lessons, my teaching is ineffective and their learning is mediocre at best. My goal everyday is for my students to leave school with lasting memories of each lesson we do!
