While in high school, I received my associate's degree from Navarro College. I then enrolled at Texas Tech to complete my bachelor's degree in middle school education. Since my time at Texas Tech, I have student taught at two different middle schools in Lubbock ISD, a rural 1A near Abilene, and a 2A near Waco.
