TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught first grade for five years. I love teaching reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Reading is my speciality I have my Master's in Education with a concentration in Reading Specialist. I love to teach and create things and want to share them with others.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Lots of hands on activities and movement around the classroom. We use several centers but we call them think tubs in the ISD I teach in.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm a first grade teacher in Texas that is creating things that go with our standards for the state and the district I am in. I have an amazing husband who loves and supports my love for teaching. We have two fur babies that are basset hounds named Q-Tip and Noah. We are also expecting our first child in August of 2015!
