TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hi! My name is Emily and I am proud to say that I am a 19-year veteran teacher and that I come from a long line of teachers, including my beloved grandmother Gertrude who was a 1st grade teacher for many years. I am blessed to have the opportunity to teach in the neighborhood school of where I grew up and live in now with my own family. I have also been blessed to have every one of my children attend this wonderful neighborhood school!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love inspiring students to learn through exploration, creativity, and teamwork and am continuously inspired to create lessons that fit my teaching style. I truly believe that TPT is an avenue to help all of us fellow teachers share with and learn from each other.
