TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hey y'all! Welcome to my little corner of TpT! I am a veteran teacher with 25 years teaching experience. I started my career in 5th grade and worked my way all the way down to kindergarten where I remained for a decade! So the breakdown went something like this: 5th grade- 4 1/2 years 4th grade- 2 years 3rd grade- 2 years 2nd grade- 2 years 1st grade- 1 year Kindergarten- 10 1/2 years My last year in the classroom was back in second grade. You will see tons of stuff for kindergarten and second grade in my TpT shop because those were my most recent years in the classroom and correspond to the beginning of my TpT journey as a seller. Since then, I've moved into the role of media specialist and am beginning my fourth year...and I am lovin' it! The major focus of my store has shifted to materials for the teacher librarian. However, good research materials are valuable in every classroom in the building! As for me personally, I have 3 sons - let's call them Big, Middle, and Little- and a fabulous husband of almost 15 years. I L.O.V.E. the beach and a good book, Starbucks (not the coffee...the frufru drinks), regular old coffee with cream and sugar, singing, and gardening. I am trying to convince myself that I love running, too. ;) I hope you'll come back to my store often to see what I have to offer! Please consider following my blog, my TpT store, my Instagram, and my Facebook. All of the links are on my homepage of my blog www.storybookendingsinsecond.blogspot.com. Happy teaching and thank you for visiting my shop!
