TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my sixteenth year as an elementary ed teacher. I have always created many of my own assignments, believing that projects and assignments tailored to my students needs were better than any I could find in a book. I'm thrilled to share my ideas on TpT!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Project-based teaching is at the core of my teaching style. It's both engaging and revealing about what students truly understand.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

NaNoWriMo winner four years and counting! :)

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

In my off time, I'm a novelist and a baker. I participate in National Novel Writing Month every year and love to run long distance.
