HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I graduated with honors in high school and college. I belonged to Spanish honors society, and business honors society. I made the dean's list at University of West Florida. My shining teacher moment is when my homeschooled son got a perfect score on FCAT (standardized test) Reading and math. My son is one of the highest scoring students in my school district, and I homeschooled him for elementary school. His scores were so good his principal hired me, and I taught 7th science class in his school the year he was in seventh grade.

I have a B. S. in Psychology. I went through the Teacher Prep Institute at Pensacola State to get my Teaching Certificate. I am certified in Earth Space Science and Elementary.
