TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have more than 20 years of experience teaching voice and piano. I am currently a member of Tanglewood Festival Chorus, and perform with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops Orchestra, both at Symphony Hall in Boston and at Berkshires in the summers, including at Carnegie Hall. I have traveled and have performed in concerts around the world - in Asia, Europe, and America.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach piano and voice using creative ideas to make learning fun. I teach by helping the student learn how to break down complicated music into something manageable, teaching them the "how" instead of just showing them how. I share what I have learned in my years of experience in performing, using healthy techniques, so they can do what they love for a long, long time. My goal is for every student in my studio to be able to use music as a form of expression and a therapeutic outlet for whatever mood they are feeling.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT
